Advanced Native API Features
Move beyond basic completion endpoints. Support the unique capabilities of the underlying APIs. A huge one is Claude’s Prompt Caching, which is crucial and cost-effective for processing large business documents. Note that I would advise holding off on MCP integration for now, as it currently feels too insecure for sensitive enterprise data.
Multi-Model Chaining
Allow templates to execute multi-step flows using different models based on their strengths. For example, Step 1 uses Claude to analyze uploaded documents, and Step 2 uses GPT-5.4 to rewrite it in a specific brand tone. A visual flow UI would make this incredibly powerful.
Secure RAG Knowledge Base
Basic file management needs to evolve into a true RAG Knowledge Base. Businesses need to upload multiple files at once via drag-and-drop into secure folders. Templates and chatbots should then have a setting to specifically use a certain folder as context.
From Static Templates to Webhooks and n8n (or other tools & cli’s)
Currently, templates just send prompts to an LLM. Please add a Custom Webhook template type. The end-user sees a simple UI like a form with multi-file upload, but behind the scenes, Aikeedo sends a JSON payload to an automation platform like n8n or Make. Aikeedo waits for the response and displays it. This allows us to build complex backend workflows while keeping the client-facing UI perfectly simple.
Split-Screen Workspace Editor
Getting a static block of generated text isn’t enough for real business use. We need a side-by-side layout. AI interactions on the left, and a full rich text editor on the right. Add a Push to Editor button so users can iteratively build, edit, and polish one final document.

Workspace Granular Permissions
To have at least a read only permission for a selected shared workspace user, so we can avoid an accidental/intentional deletion of assets by employees. Vusal and I spoke about this in early 2025, to my recollection it's not possible for me to make a custom plugin because workspace main is too integral to architecture. Thanks!
Migration Plugin - Project Support
I know the main app doesn't have project support which I wish it did and upvoted it. However if we could at least have migration plugin able to take projects from ChatGTP and Claude then convert it to an Assistant that would be phenomenal! Thanks

Better refinement for voiceover
Currently, on desktop, voiceover displays on 24 voices max unless you select one and then start scrolling through without knowing what language or country it is. Secondly, you cant search with country or specific language like USA or British english You cant search by provider like Elevenlabs or Google tts Lastly, the rendering of the voices is usually very slow…a lot needs to be done
