Workspace Granular Permissions

To have at least a read only permission for a selected shared workspace user, so we can avoid an accidental/intentional deletion of assets by employees.

Vusal and I spoke about this in early 2025, to my recollection it's not possible for me to make a custom plugin because workspace main is too integral to architecture.
