Better refinement for voiceover

Currently, on desktop, voiceover displays on 24 voices max unless you select one and then start scrolling through without knowing what language or country it is.

Secondly, you cant search with country or specific language like USA or British english

You cant search by provider like Elevenlabs or Google tts

Lastly, the rendering of the voices is usually very slow…a lot needs to be done
