Please allow admin to limit workspaces creation and team member invite per plan.

This will give a little bit more flexibility for admin to offer better SaaS plans.

Example what if on free plan we give 2000 credits so then each user can exploit that by creating multiple workspaces and assign free plan to them to get 2000 credits again and again.

If we can limit it by plan then admin can disable or limit workspaces creation in free plan along with team members invite to 1 workspace and 0 or 1 team member.

And so on admin can set increased limits in paid plans.

This way this free credit exploit can be handled and fixed.
